We would like to inform that Shiga Katsura Co., Ltd., one of our 100% subsidiary located in Nagahama City, Shiga was mergered as Shiga factory and start to operate ongoingly on April 1,2015.
And K R Trading Co., Ltd, one of our 100% subsidiary located in Chuo-ku,Osaka was also merged as a Overseas department on April 1, 2015.

Readjust the efficiency of operation internally and increase the business efficiency.

2. Merger substance
Katsura Roller Mfg. Co., Ltd is a company surviving absorption-type merger, and Shiga Katsura Co., Ltd. and KR Trading Co., Ltd. are companies absorbed in absorption-type merger.
